These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of https://ralhconstruction.com (the "Site") and related services offered by Ralh Construction ("Ralh Construction," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed general contractor in California (CSLB Lic. #1110057). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

2. Estimates and quotes

Information on the Site and any estimate or quote we provide is informational and not a binding offer until both parties sign a written contract. Prices, schedules, and scope can change until a contract is signed. Site photos and descriptions are examples; your project may differ based on site conditions, materials, and permitting.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

By opting in on our estimate form or another written consent, you agree to receive text messages from Ralh Construction at the mobile number you provide about your estimate request, appointments, scheduling, and project updates. Marketing or promotional texts are sent only if you separately opt in for those.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you may receive one confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@ralhconstruction.com or (916) 572-6762.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving an estimate.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except with providers needed to deliver the messages.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt or scrape the Site, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

Site content (text, photos, logos, and design) is owned by Ralh Construction or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (for example Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RALH CONSTRUCTION AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under California law, or to claims arising under a signed construction contract (those are governed by that contract).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ralh Construction from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California, unless a signed construction contract says otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
